• Entry Fees

  Amateur (Sharing a room with another participant): $2795

  Amateur – Single Room: $3295

  Amateur – with guest: $3545

  Pro – Sharing room with other participant: $0

  Pro – Single Room: $500

  Pro – W/guest: $750

  Team Payments due by: July 13, 2018

Team Entry Information: (Field limited to first 15 teams)

• Team balance can be paid by check or credit card
• All credit card payments will incur a 3.5% transaction fee charge

• If submitting a credit card, the following is required: card number, expiration date, security code and address affiliated with the card
• Team Deposit Deadline ($2500) due by: June 25, 2018
  
• Final Team Payments due by: June 28, 2018
  
• No Refunds after June 28th, 2018
  

Cancellation Policy:
No refunds issued inside 75 days of event
