• Deposit Deadline  –  Must be paid by: September 15, 2018
  
• Deposit and team balance can be paid by check or credit card
• All credit card payments will incur a 3.5% transaction fee charge

• If submitting a credit card, the following is required: card number, expiration date, security code and address affiliated with the card
• Final payments are due by October 10, 2018
• Refund Deadline: October 30, 2018
